The last day our campuses are open is Friday 20th December 2024. Campuses will reopen on Wednesday 15th January 2025. Our Complaints Procedure

Cut Above Academy has a set procedure to resolve complaints. If the complaint is unable to be resolved satisfactorily within the College it can be taken to the Campus Manager or sent in writing to the Chief Operations Office at New Zealand School of Tourism. If it is still not resolved then the complaint can be taken to NZQA. NZQA is a government organisation and they can provide an independent assessment of the complaint.
