What Will I Learn?

Tuition is divided between the lecture rooms and the training clinic, where you will work under tutor supervision on real clients in a professional beauty services environment. You will master a range of beauty services including lash and brow tinting, manicure, pedicure, waxing, make-up, skin analysis, facial techniques, chemistry, nutrition, health studies, body massage, spa therapy techniques and electrolysis.

Small business practice is also taught as an important component for graduates who wish to set up their own business.

Entry is open to beginners and all applicants are considered.

Qualifications Gained

• Diploma in Beauty Therapy Level 5 (192 NZQA credits)

• National Certificate in Beauty Services (Beautician) Level 4

• National Certificate in Beauty Services (Body Therapy) Level 5

• National Certificate in Beauty Services (Electrology) Level 5

• ITEC, CIDESCO International examinations
